Adoption Process

Welcome to Birchwood Labradoodles. Thank you for your interest in one of our puppies!

1. Fill out and submit the Adoption Application below. Please list any preferences you have.  All puppies are $3,500 with a spay/neuter contract.

2. We will contact you once your application has been reviewed.

3. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be accepted once your application has been approved.

4. When your deposit has been received, your name will then be placed on the Reservation List for the litter of your choice.

5. Puppy selections take place at six weeks of age.  The breeder reserves the right to retain any puppies of her choice.  You may defer to another litter, however, your place in line will be behind those that have already placed a deposit in that particular litter.

• We reserve the right to release your spot on the Reservation List if final payment is not received.
• Final payment must be received prior to delivery or pick up of your puppy. If you are paying via check, the check must clear before picking up your puppy.

6. Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks, and we prefer you pick them up at our home. If needed, arrangements can be made for us to meet you or for a travel nanny to accompany your puppy in the main cabin, with expenses and fee covered by the buyer.
